Unexpected mishap

With a mix of adrenaline and a sense of accomplishment, we’d like to share an experience that could have turned out very unpleasantly but instead highlighted our ability to effectively manage the unexpected!

Picture this: a beautiful hotel room in the heart of the city, ready to host the audiovisual setup for an important meeting with one of our loyal clients. As per our standard routine, the technical setup was completed the day before, reassuring the client and ensuring a flawless execution on the big day. With everything in place, our client and team could rest easy, anticipating an intense day ahead.

The morning team arrived at 7 a.m. only to find—surprise! During the night, an intruder had broken in and stolen part of the equipment, including computers and cameras.

How could we ensure the event would run smoothly at the scheduled time?
Two factors allowed our technical Companions to overcome this hurdle and deliver a successful event:

⏰ The Early Call:
For events in the city center, our team always arrives early to avoid traffic delays. This practice proved vital, enabling us to respond quickly, procure the missing equipment, and complete the setup before the event started.

🔈 Our Own Equipment Reserve:
Our in-house stock of gear became a lifesaver. Thanks to this internal backup, we immediately replaced the stolen equipment, ensuring the event remained on track without compromising quality.

What could have been a disaster turned into a shining example of our dedication to our clients.
